General Terms

  • Eligibility Window: Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Immediate Reporting: In the event of receiving a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, you must notify us on the same day the order is received.

  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition and within their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Authorized Return Cases

Returns are exclusively available in the following three scenarios:

  • Shipping Damage: The product sustained physical damage during transit.
  • Inaccurate Orders: The product received is incorrect or differs significantly from the seller’s description.
  • Size or Color Exchange: Requests to swap for a different size or color.

To initiate a request, please contact us, and we will dispatch a courier to facilitate the exchange.

Try Before You Buy

  • On-Site Fitting: For your peace of mind, you are encouraged to try on the footwear in the presence of the delivery representative before finalizing your purchase.
  • Non-Acceptance: If the order is rejected at the time of delivery without a valid reason, shipping fees will still apply.
  • Cancellations: If an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, the customer remains responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Final Sale: No exchanges or returns will be permitted after the 3-day grace period has elapsed.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours to 5 business days following order confirmation.
